Darwin International Film Festival

Wednesday 19th to Wednesday 26th of September 2012. The Darwin International Film Festival (DIFF) is an Australian and International film event held at the Deckchair Cinema in September. The film festival is a unique event on the Darwin cultural calendar, providing a level of film culture that was previously only available in larger cities. Audiences have the opportunity to see great, internationally acclaimed films that would otherwise not be shown in the Northern Territory, and also the opportunity to meet filmmakers and other industry professionals, while experiencing the buzz of a festival environment.
